1. Exam Vouchers & Online Courses
   All exam vouchers, short courses, and training programs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable once purchased.
   
   
2. Cybersecurity Bootcamp
   Our Full Cybersecurity Bootcamp includes a 14-day 100% refund policy. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
   
   
3. No Exceptions
   Aside from the Bootcamp’s 14-day refund window, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for any of our products or services.
