How to redeem and schedule your exam

• Sign in to your Pearson VUE account for CompTIA, or create one if needed.
• Select your CompTIA exam and preferred test option (online or test center).
• During checkout, select “Voucher or Promo Code” and enter your voucher code.
• Confirm your appointment, you’re all set!

Most vouchers are delivered instantly or within 30 minutes by email. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 6 hours on weekdays or up to 12 hours on weekends and holidays.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us through the chat box.

Security Verification

To help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional verification before delivery.

If an order is flagged by our security systems, we may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp call (depending on your location) to confirm the authenticity of the purchase. This verification process may affect delivery times.

To help avoid possible delivery delays, we strongly recommend adding a valid phone number during checkout in addition to your email address. If no phone number is provided, we will reach out by email to arrange any required verification call.

1. Can I take the exam online?
   Yes, CompTIA exams are available online via Pearson VUE OnVUE (where supported) or in person at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.
   
   
2. Can I switch from Voucher Only to Voucher + Retake Protection later?
   No. The Retake Protection must be selected at the time of purchase. It cannot be added or changed after the voucher is issued.
   
   
3. How does Retake Protection work?
   If your first exam attempt is unsuccessful, Retake Protection provides access to a second and final attempt for the same certification exam originally purchased. Retake Protection is exam-specific and may only be used after an unsuccessful first attempt.
   
   
4. Can Retake Protection be used for a different exam?
   No. Retake Protection is valid only for the same certification exam and version originally purchased.
   
   
5. How long is Retake Protection valid?
   The original voucher is valid for 9 months from the purchase date. If eligible, the additional attempt must also be used within the same validity period.
   
   
6. Is this voucher valid in my country?
   Yes. Our CompTIA exam vouchers are valid globally.
