The ISO 21001 Lead Implementer training course enables you to develop the necessary competencies to support an educational organization in planning, implementing, managing and maintaining a management system for educational organizations (EOMS) based on the requirements of ISO 21001. During this training course, you will explore the different components of an EOMS, including the EOMS policy and objectives, procedures, performance evaluation, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.
After completing this course, you can sit for the exam and apply for a “PECB Certified ISO 21001 Lead Implementer” credential. A PECB Lead Implementer Certificate shows that you have understood the fundamental methodologies, requirements, framework and management approach.

The “PECB Certified ISO 21001 Lead Implementer” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The exam covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of a Management System for Educational Organizations (EOMS)
Domain 2: Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS)
Domain 3: Planning the EOMS implementation based on ISO 21001
Domain 4: Implementing the EOMS based on ISO 21001
Domain 5: Performance evaluation, monitoring and measurement of the EOMS based on ISO 21001
Domain 6: Continual improvement of the EOMS

- Certification and examination fees are included in the price of the training course
- Training material containing over 450 pages of information and practical examples will be distributed
- An attestation of course completion worth 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to the participants who have attended the training course.
- In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months free of charge

You can also add a language (e.g., French 9001) to check if the exam is available in that language.
For Trainings:
