1. When will I receive my voucher?
   Most vouchers are delivered instantly or within 30 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 6 hours (Mon–Fri) or 12 hours (weekends/holidays). If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
   
   
2. Can I take the exam online?
   Yes, CompTIA exams are available online via Pearson VUE OnVUE (where supported) or in person at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.
   
   
3. Can I switch from Voucher Only to Voucher + Retake later?
   No. The retake option is a product variant and must be selected at purchase. It can’t be added or changed after the voucher is issued.
   
   
4. How does the Retake option work?
   If your first exam attempt is unsuccessful, the Retake option allows you to schedule a second and final attempt using the same voucher code, no need to buy another voucher. The process is handled automatically by the system, so you won’t see a separate retake line on the checkout screen. Once your first attempt is recorded as unsuccessful, you can simply log in again and use the same code to book your retake.
   
   
5. Is this voucher valid in my country?
   Yes. Our CompTIA exam vouchers are valid globally.

• Sign in or create your Pearson VUE account for CompTIA.
• Select your CompTIA exam and test option (Test Center or Online).
• At payment, select Voucher and enter your code.
• Confirm your appointment, you’re set!
