How You’ll Receive Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your product by email or directly through your account on our platform. We work hard to make sure you get access as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

CompTIA Exam Vouchers: Delivered by email.
Monday–Friday: within 4 hours
Saturday–Sunday: within 12 hours

PECB Courses: You’ll need a PECB account. If you already have one, simply share your account details with us. If you’re new, please create an account first. Once you let us know, we will push the training to your account within 12 hours.

CyberTech Academy Trainings: We’ll set up your account for you and email your login details within 12 hours.

Shipping Costs

There are no shipping charges, everything is delivered online.
