How You’ll Receive Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, your product will be made available through your account on our platform. We work hard to ensure you receive access as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

CompTIA Exam Vouchers: Most vouchers are provided within 30 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to:

Monday–Friday: up to 6 hours
Saturday–Sunday: up to 12 hours

PECB Courses: To access your training, you’ll need a PECB account.

If you don’t already have one, please register here: https://sso.mypecb.com/Account/Register

After registering, send us the account address you used along with your full name (Name and Surname) to admissions@cybertech.academy.

Once we receive your details, your training will be activated in your PECB account within 12 hours.

CyberTech Academy Trainings: We’ll set up your learner account and share your access credentials within 12 hours.
