1. When will I receive my voucher?
   We email your voucher within 4 hours (Mon–Fri) and within 12 hours (weekends/holidays). If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us.
   
   
2. Can I take the exam online?
   Yes, CompTIA exams are available online via Pearson VUE OnVUE (where supported) or in person at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.
   
   
3. Can I switch from Voucher Only to Voucher + Retake later?
   No. The retake option is a product variant and must be selected at purchase. It can’t be added or changed after the voucher is issued.
   
   
4. Is this voucher valid in my country?
   Unless noted otherwise, our vouchers are for the North America testing region (as defined by Pearson VUE: U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean).
   If you’ll test in another region (Europe, South America, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Central Asia, or Africa), contact us for the correct voucher.

Note: Region is based on where you take the exam, not your citizenship.
